1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Living With Purpose website, located at https://livingwithpurpose.com (the “Website”), and educational programs, materials, and services offered by Living With Purpose LLC, a California limited liability company (“Living With Purpose” or the “Company”).
By accessing the Website, registering for a program, purchasing educational materials, or participating in services offered by Living With Purpose, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies referenced on the Website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or register for its offerings.
Living With Purpose may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an existing purchase unless required by law or expressly agreed upon.
2. Educational Nature of Programs and Services

3. Independent Judgment and Personal Responsibility

4. Registration, Access, and Use of Materials
Registration provides access exclusively to the individual registrant. Access may not be transferred, shared, or made available to others without authorization from Living With Purpose.
Registration grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to participate in the purchased educational offering. No ownership or other rights to the content are transferred.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not record, photograph, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, download, distribute, share, or otherwise retain any portion of webinar presentations or educational content.
Materials expressly provided for download may be downloaded and retained for the registrant’s personal educational use, subject to any additional restrictions communicated with those materials. They may not be distributed or commercially exploited without written permission.
Registration does not entitle participants to recordings of live sessions or access to future offerings.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is required according to the terms presented at registration or purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at registration or required by applicable law, registrations for live educational programs are nonrefundable.
Participants who do not attend a scheduled program are not entitled to a refund, replacement session, recording, or educational materials solely because of their nonattendance.
Living With Purpose may, at its discretion and subject to availability, permit a participant to transfer their registration to a future offering of the same program. Transfers are not guaranteed, and no future offering is promised.
If Living With Purpose cancels a scheduled program, participants will be offered a full refund or, when another offering is scheduled, the option to attend that offering instead.
Terms governing individual coaching appointments or other services may be established separately and will apply to those services.
6. Technical Difficulties and Service Interruptions
Living With Purpose makes reasonable efforts to ensure that purchased educational programs are accessible as scheduled. However, technical difficulties or service interruptions may occasionally occur.
If a technical problem attributable to Living With Purpose prevents a participant from accessing a purchased program, the participant will be offered a full refund or, when another offering is scheduled, the option to attend that offering instead.
7. Payment Disputes
Participants who have questions or concerns regarding charges or purchases are encouraged to contact Living With Purpose directly so that the matter may be reviewed and an appropriate resolution explored.
Nothing in these Terms limits a participant’s rights under applicable payment-card rules or consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, educational programs, presentations, recordings, written materials, exercises, graphics, designs, and other instructional resources are owned by Living With Purpose LLC or used with appropriate authorization.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly authorized, no content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, licensed, or used to create derivative educational or commercial materials without prior written permission.
Participation in a program or purchase of educational materials does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
9. Webinar Participation and Participant Contributions
Living With Purpose webinars may incorporate prerecorded instructional content presented during live educational sessions. Live sessions are not routinely recorded.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with presenters and other participants. Living With Purpose reserves the right to restrict or terminate participation when conduct is disruptive, threatening, abusive, or materially interferes with the educational experience, subject to applicable law.
Living With Purpose LLC may retain and use participant questions, comments, and other contributions submitted during educational programs for future educational and promotional purposes, including course development and testimonials. Identifiable contributions or testimonials will be published only with the participant’s permission.
Participants should exercise discretion when sharing personal information about themselves or others during group discussions or through interactive features.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and educational materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Living With Purpose makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, relevant information and reliable access to its offerings but does not guarantee that Website content will be complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual’s circumstances.
Nothing in this section limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
